24 HOUR RESTRICTED ACCESS

One of the reasons why Hudson Forest is such a highly desirable neighborhood is because it is a gated community. Access is therefore restricted to the public helping assure the residents’ privacy. Gates are manned 24/7 by a protective services company—only community members and invited guests are allowed to enter the property.

SWIMMING POOL

Our large non-heated swimming pool is open year-round and is lighted at night. It ranges from three to five feet in depth making it “family” friendly and optimal for relaxation, exercise and play but it is also long enough to swim laps. Changing rooms, shower facilities, poolside furnishings and safety equipment are all within the pool area. Residents and their guests should familiarize themselves with the pool rules for personal safety and the consideration of others. The pool is not deep enough to allow diving therefore diving and other unsafe activities are strictly prohibited. All persons using the pool do so at their own risk. Pets are not allowed within the pool area.

DOG PARK

For our canine friends and their owners Hudson Forest has a large fenced area for dogs to run and play. Water is also close by for residents attending to their canine friends.

PLAYGROUND

Directly off one the walking paths to the Pool and Dog Park is a 2,500 square foot children's playground equipped with swings, climbing fort, swinging ropes and other child friendly and age appropriate play items. Whether you have kids or grandkids all residents and resident's guests are welcome.
